In 7 S there 3 Hard Skills and 3 Soft Skill, hence the 乾 卦 governs the 3 hard skills such as Strategy, System and Structure.
The 坤 卦 governs the 3 Soft Skills that are Staff, Skills and Style

Why I still shop in Mini Market

Went to Tesco and waited more than 20 minutes for trolley but to no avail. I changed plan and went to Speedmart 99 although I ended up paying 8% more than my usual Tesco groceries bill but it worth my time and less stressful

Hey Dad, why you call me baby?

"Hey Dad, why you call me baby when i am a Toddler" asked my daughter the other when i was driving together with her for a breakfast.
"Dad you can call me toddler or Eeanne (my daughter's name) and not baby" said Eeanne with firm voice :)
Well again she taught me another lesson......
